We make lettering, logos, decorative shapes, spacers, panels and display components, including mounting holes and engraved labels. One-off pieces and batches are welcome. For parts that must fit an existing object, include a photograph and critical dimensions; an outline alone may not describe the required fit.
Acrylic, plywood and engraving laminates
We use PMMA acrylic, laser-grade plywood and CO₂ engraving laminates. Transparency, colour, thickness and finish are selected for the application. Jointed parts need suitable clearances; lettering needs legible small details. We confirm the material and available part size against your design.
Combine cutting, engraving and machining
Outline cuts can incorporate engraved text or graphics. CNC machining complements the laser work where needed; metal marking uses our fibre laser. A sign, front panel or display can therefore combine materials and functions. Your quotation specifies the included operations.
What should you send for a quote?
A short description and the information you already have are enough to start:
- Application, dimensions and quantity.
- Preferred material, colour and thickness, if already specified.
- SVG, DXF or vector PDF; a sketch or photograph is fine for an initial discussion.
- Engraving areas, holes, joints and your required date.
From an idea to a finished part
We review files or prepare the agreed design. Your quotation defines materials, manufacture, quantity, price and timing. Production starts after approval. We can agree a sample or prototype before making a batch.
CLMS is based in Starogard Gdański, Poland. We accept enquiries from Poland and selected EU countries. Include your country and postcode for a shipping quote. Collection is by appointment.
Before you order
Do I need a ready-to-cut file?
No. Start with a sketch, photograph or description. Design preparation is quoted according to its scope. We agree the final layout, dimensions and material before manufacture.
Can I supply my own material?
Yes, once we have confirmed its composition and suitability for the laser. Send the material designation, thickness and sheet dimensions. A sample may be needed to assess the result.
Can I order metal parts through this service?
This CO₂ service is for non-metal materials. Metal engraving uses our fibre laser; machined components are assessed as CNC work. Describe the whole project so we can identify the required processes.
