Your choice
Google Analytics loads only after you select “Accept analytics”. Declining does not restrict access to our offer or contact details. Change your choice using “Privacy settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops further measurement and removes Analytics cookies accessible to this website. It does not automatically delete data already sent to Google or affect the lawfulness of previous processing.
What we measure
After consent, Google receives information about the public page, visit timing, device and browser, referral source and Analytics identifier. Connecting to Google also exposes your IP address to that service. Our measurement configuration excludes URL parameters, private project tokens and account data. We measure visits to the contact page, not form contents or submitted enquiries. Automatic form interaction measurement is disabled. Configurators, accounts and the basket are excluded from this integration. Analytics is linked to Google Ads, where a contact page visit is used as a goal measuring interest in our offer. We do not use Google Signals, personalised advertising or customer User-ID.
Google and retention
Measurement helps us understand interest in the offer and improve the website, based on your consent. The service is provided by Google. Processing may also take place outside the European Economic Area under the arrangements described by Google. Standard GA4 retains user and event data for 2 or 14 months depending on the property setting; this limit does not apply to standard aggregate reports. Browser storage
The necessary clms-privacy-v1 localStorage entry remembers your choice, notice version and date for up to 180 days. Language and motion preferences support website functionality. Only after consent may _ga and _ga_* cookies be set; their configured lifetime is up to 180 days without renewal on each page view. Clearing browser storage also removes your saved choice.
Contact and your rights
The contact form prepares a message in your email application. Its contents reach us only when you send the email, so we can respond to your enquiry. Contact kontakt@clms.pl for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection; applicable rights depend on the basis of processing. You can complain to the Polish data protection authority, UODO. We do not use analytics to make decisions having legal effects on you.
