At CLMS, we design and make power tool accessories, device enclosures, prototypes and business signage. We work with workshops, businesses and people developing their own equipment. From the first sketch to the finished part, you discuss the details directly with our workshop in Starogard Gdański, Poland.
It started with one 3D printer
CLMS started with a simple 3D printer. Today, our workshop can take a project through CAD design and prototyping, CNC machining and laser processing, to powder coating metal parts. That growth lets us handle more of your commission in one place: developing the construction, making its components and agreeing the finish as part of the same project.
From design to a finished part
An enclosure with a front panel and mounts, a power tool attachment or an illuminated sign: each needs different materials and manufacturing methods. We combine CAD design, 3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting and engraving. Metal parts can be finished with powder coating. We make one-off pieces and short runs; your quotation defines the work and finish included.
Requirements define the checks
Before manufacture, we establish critical dimensions, mating components and conditions of use. An enclosure may need checks of connector locations and electronics mounting; an accessory may require checks of attachment points and working clearance. You approve engraving content and layout. Measurements, fit checks and trials are agreed for the project. If access to your equipment is needed, we arrange this before starting.
A defined scope before work starts
The quote sets out design work, material, manufacture, price and lead time. Revisions and handover are also agreed. For a prototype, we clarify what the first version should demonstrate and what might need a further stage. You know which work you are commissioning and when a decision will be needed from you.
