Custom machine parts and components
Need a different mount, a more suitable wear surface or a part with your own geometry? We design and manufacture additional components for tools, machines and workstations, from a single plate or bushing to a complete working assembly.

A new part or a considered upgrade
Show us the existing component, mounting area or a sketch. We establish its function, connections and working conditions, then prepare the CAD design and specify materials and manufacturing methods.
You can request a new component or improve an existing one: increase support, add adjustment, revise a mounting or make a wear part replaceable. The design addresses how the part works, as well as its external shape.
Materials selected by function
Aluminium and metal structural parts
CNC-machined aluminium for plates, bases and brackets. Steel, stainless steel or brass can be specified where appropriate for a component or connection; the quote defines the manufacturing method and scope.
Engineering and sliding plastics
POM, PA6, PET, PE500 and PE1000 are examples for mechanical parts, guides and workpiece contact. Grade selection considers loading, geometry and conditions, including moisture.
Visibility and flexible contact
Acrylic PMMA and polycarbonate PC can provide visibility. Polyurethane PU, rubber or a suitable elastomer can form a contact insert, stop or support. Hardness and mounting depend on the application.
Special material requirements
PTFE and other specialist plastics are considered where friction, chemical exposure or temperature justify them. This is not a fixed catalogue: tell us your required material and we will assess suitability and machining options.

Tell us what the component needs to do
Engineering documentation is not needed to send a request. Show the mounting area, existing part or a sketch.
- The equipment and where the part will work.
- A photo, sketch, sample or CAD file, if available.
- Key dimensions and the connecting parts.
- Relevant loading, contact, temperature or dust exposure.
- Required quantity and the characteristic to improve.
Material selection is part of the design
A structural plate, sliding pad and soft insert need different properties. We consider stiffness, wear, friction, temperature and the substances used at work. The design is not limited to one material family; the quote sets out the selected grade and manufacturing approach.
Mounting dimensions and verification are defined before manufacture. New or revised parts are assessed in the agreed setup and operating conditions.

A first design that could help other users too?
Selected first designs may qualify for our catalogue development programme. Participation and scope require prior agreement with CLMS. Submitting a request does not grant a free prototype — read the terms and describe your need.
Before you send a request
Can I submit a component outside the listed categories?
Yes. Categories show common directions; assessment considers function, dimensions, material and conditions. We then confirm feasibility and scope.
Can I request an upgrade to an available part?
Yes. It does not have to become unavailable first. Show what you want to improve: stiffness, mounting, replaceable sliding contact, adjustment or ease of use.
Can I request one part?
We accept one-off design enquiries. The price includes agreed design, preparation and manufacture, so quantity is considered when quoting.

The shop currently accepts orders for delivery within Poland. Custom orders for selected EU countries are arranged individually: we confirm delivery availability, cost and timing before you order.
